William Shakespeare wrote, “Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon 'em.” Wavemakers take the hurricanes of life and create something positive in the aftermath of the storm. Our goal is to reach as many lives as possible.
One voice, one action can create tidal waves of change. One of our favorite movies is the Newsies. In one scene, Bryan Denton tells the kids, "Sometimes all it takes is a voice, one voice that becomes a hundred, then a thousand, unless it's silenced." We've chosen to break the silence that surrounds trauma, grief, and loss. We choose to talk about those ugly truths, break the taboo, and share hope through our heartache. We choose to make waves of hope that will change the world.
Sisters in Christ and of the heart Angie Caswell, Sherril Weiss, and Christy Payne are Wavemakers, determined to make a difference in the world with intentional positive action. The Bible guides our mindset as we share hope with others. We love exploring God’s design for our spiritual mindset and how it affects every area of our lives.
